Despite general economic setbacks due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, Knightsbridge saw continued growth in its service offer and clientele throughout 2020:
Increased property service portfolio by 15% through forging and strengthening ties with property managers and property management companies, notably Associa, AWM Alliance Real Estate Group, and REMI Realty
In June 2020, began expanding service offer from exterior cleaning to include additional property maintenance services to better serve new and existing strata clients
In Fall 2020, established a referral program with complementary property service companies in the Lower Mainland
Looking ahead
Charleswood looks forward to helping Knightsbridge build on this growth in the coming year, with plans to branch into the landscaping industry and reach new master communities in the Lower Mainland, where there is great potential for the Company’s water feature maintenance division.
Knightsbridge is also preparing for an expansion of its services to the Okanagan Valley in spring 2021.
